• Assist in the coordination and management of project activities
• Prepare and distribute project-related documents, reports, and correspondence
• Maintain project files and documentation
• Schedule meetings and appointments, and coordinate project-related events
• Monitor project timelines and deadlines
• Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project progress
• Provide administrative support to project managers as needed
• Perform general clerical duties such as filing, typing, and data entry
