Job overview :

You'll take charge of our broadband reverse logistics vendor management process, ensuring transportation and distribution services are efficient, cost-effective, and fully compliant. By building strong relationships with vendors and collaborating across teams, you'll help streamline our supply chain and support strategic business goals. This is an onsite position based in Dallas, TX, and requires monthly travel to vendor locations.

What you'll do :

• Build and maintain strategic and tactical relationships with logistics vendors, monitoring their performance and driving corrective action to meet targets.
• Define, design, and implement logistics processes and strategies that improve efficiency and align with our key business objectives.
• Lead contract negotiations with vendors, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with all legal and regulatory standards.
• Oversee multiple logistics projects, partnering with internal stakeholders and serving as a subject matter expert for supply chain initiatives and product launches.
• Conduct advanced financial and operational analyses, prepare detailed reports, resolve complex logistics challenges, and support the development of goals and budgets.
