Under direct guidance and supervision, the Seasonal Sales Representative is part of a store team committed to developing customer loyalty, driving for results, and achieving individual goals. As needed to achieve success, the Seasonal Sales Representative will participate in the day-to-day operations of the store during peak sales days, principally focusing on sales and customer service activities. Seasonal Sales Representatives will always act in accordance with GameStop's policies, practices, and core values.

The ideal candidate must have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and meeting individual sales goals and be available to work during peak sales days.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Attain individual sales objectives and goals
• Focus on a selling culture that maximizes store profitability
• Resolve or escalate customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Protect company assets through effective inventory control and loss prevention practices
