About The Position

Certified Scrub Tech

Assignment Length : 16–32 weeks

Schedule : Rotating Day / Evening shifts | Float required | Weekends & on-call as needed

On-call : 1 night per week (if needed) and 1 weekend every 2 weeks

Must work 2 out of 4 major holidays : Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year's Day

Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Certified Scrub Tech to join a fast-paced Level 1 Trauma Center . The role requires flexibility, strong surgical knowledge, and the ability to work across multiple specialties, including ortho, robotics, general surgery, ENT, plastics, and neuro.

Requirements : Certifications :

AHA BLS – required

NBSTSA certification – required

CNOR – preferred

Experience :

Minimum 2 years of OR experience

Level 1 trauma experience within the past year – required

Prior travel experience required

Strong knowledge base in multiple surgical specialties.

Reliable transportation – public transit not available.

Winter months (Nov–Apr) require all-season or snow tires .

IVS to Offer – fast interview process.

Bi-weekly orientations , next start date : 11 / 03 .

No block scheduling allowed.

All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained .
