Associate Director Of Financial Aid
Under general supervision from the Director, the Associate Director of Financial Aid (ADFA) is responsible for counseling and advising financial aid applicants, their families, and the general public about financial aid requirements, eligibility criteria, and its availability. The ADFA manages a caseload of students as assigned while assisting the Director of Financial in the administration of aid programs available to all students. The ADFA will specialize in running systems to package aid for all students in the Student Information System. The ADFA will be responsible for training new staff in financial aid processes and will be expected to supervise subordinate positions.

The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
