Position Summary

Provide technical expertise in the design, execution, validation, troubleshooting, and implementation of

biological yield improvement initiatives for vaccine manufacturing to support Charles City, IA

Zoetis products. Expertise in the following areas is sought :

• SAP and change control
• Document preparation; BOMs, SOPs, Test Specifications, Manufacturing Directions
• Viral Antigen Manufacturing
• Bacterin Antigen Manufacturing
• Poultry Antigen Manufacturing
• Biological Vaccine Formulation
• Emulsions Expertise
• Lyophilization Expertise
• Lean Six Sigma Expertise
• Process Engineering Expertise
• in-vivo / in-vitro assays
