HR Associate

Genesis10 is seeking an HR Associate for a 12-month contract position with a client located in Lisle, IL. This role is onsite Monday - Thursday and remote on Fridays. Compensation : $30.92 per hour. Summary : The HR Associate will provide direct support to employees, HR groups, and management through a centralized function. This role is responsible for handling a wide variety of HR-related transactions, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring accurate processing of HR documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to learn quickly, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities : Monitor general HR email inbox, creating HR cases and assigning them to appropriate HR Consultants as needed Provide support and respond to employee requests regarding HR policies and programs Route employee requests to appropriate resources or individuals for resolution Handle inquiries via phone or online resources as needed Process paper and electronic forms for HR activities such as onboarding, status changes, performance evaluations, benefits, and termination. Input employee data into HRIS and maintain accurate records Qualifications : Associate's degree and no experience OR at least 1 year of human resources experience 1-3 years of HR-related experience preferred (internship experience or recent graduates will be considered) Ability to learn processes and systems quickly Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Must be onsite Monday–Thursday, with remote work on Friday Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
