Job Description

The Lube and Tire Technician (General Service Technician) is an entry-level automotive technician position. You will start a comprehensive training program covering all aspects of the role. As a General Service Technician, you will perform maintenance services on guest vehicles and contribute to delivering 5 Star Guest experiences.

Pay is based on experience plus incentives (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Keyholder Duties, includes supervision of the shop when the Store Manager is not available
• End-of-day paperwork and cash handling
• Support to the store manager in their duties
• Mechanical duties including changing, mounting, and installing tires
• Wheel removal, tire repair and balance, patch / plug repairs
• Lubrication and oil changes (quick lube tasks)
• Tire inspection and rotation
• Basic automotive maintenance such as battery installation
• Training to perform alignments, brake services, and scheduled maintenance

Compensation

The hourly range for this role is $17–$18 based on experience. This role is eligible for additional compensation and incentives. Pay determined by experience level.
