Job Details

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met or exceeded.
  • Direct, train, and mentor production team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Ensure all machinery is functioning optimally, conduct basic troubleshooting, and escalate maintenance needs as necessary.
  • Maintain strict adherence to GMP standards, quality protocols, and company policies to ensure product integrity.
  • Coordinate shift schedules, assign tasks, and manage workflow to meet production targets.
  • Maintain accurate production records, logs, and reports to monitor output, downtime, and efficiency.

    • Qualifications :

  • 3 years in a supervisory or lead role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastics packaging or food production.
  • Familiarity with GMP regulations and quality systems is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing equipment, production processes, and safety practices.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
