SALES PROFESSIONAL
This is an Entry Level position with a strong possibility for advancement into a Sales Manager position.
The SALES PROFESSIONAL is responsible for providing excellent customer experience from New Lead to the start of service. They are primarily focused on working inbound leads that have been generated by Abundant Lawn marketing efforts. They also take ownership of generating opportunities from past leads, existing client cross-selling and upselling, and through direct outreach as necessary.
Salary : Base Salary : $36,000 – 48,000, based on level of experience and prior results
Commission : $24,000 – 32,000 Target, based on 2-6% of gross sales
Maintenance contracts get commission for one year.
