We are seeking a compassionate and dependable caregiver to provide daily care for a 90-year-old woman who is non-ambulatory and requires full assistance with all activities of daily living (ADLs). She resides in a busy family household with work, school, and sports schedules, so it is essential that she receives attentive and consistent care.

The caregiver will assist with toileting, bathing, grooming, meal preparation, feeding, and medication reminders. Additional responsibilities include laundry and light housekeeping tasks. The ideal candidate is patient, respectful, and comfortable working in a family environment.

This role is critical to ensuring our loved one’s safety, dignity, and comfort while allowing our family to maintain its daily routines.

Compensation : $22 - $26 hourly

Responsibilities :

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to provide comprehensive daily care for a 90-year-old woman who is non-ambulatory and lives in a busy family household. The caregiver will :

• Provide full assistance with all activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Safely assist with transfers from bed to chair, chair to toilet, and other necessary movements using proper techniques.
• Monitor and promptly respond to the client’s needs throughout each shift with a high level of attentiveness and compassion.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals in accordance with dietary preferences or restrictions.
• Assist with light housekeeping related to the client’s care, including laundry, tidying living spaces, changing bed linens, and cleaning up after meals.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support to promote comfort and well-being.
• Communicate clearly with family members about the client’s condition, routines, and any changes observed.
• Support the household as a whole by anticipating simple needs, maintaining an organized environment, and being a positive presence for other family members while prioritizing the client’s care.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards within the home environment.
