job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProven ability to lead and motivate teams in an industrial setting Strong organizational and communication skills Commitment to safety and operational excellence Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using basic computer systems and reporting tools Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check Must meet company and regulatory safety standards Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. What You'll Be Doing
- Lead daily rail terminal operations to ensure safe and efficient material handling
- Coordinate team activities and communicate priorities to meet production goals
- Monitor equipment and operational processes, reporting issues and ensuring timely resolution
- Train and support team members in safety procedures and operational standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with logistics and dispatch teams
