Store Manager Requirements & Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Store Manager within a retail or food service environment
  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Must have new store opening experience
  • Strong computer skills and comfort with technology
  • Solid understanding of basic financial principles
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Unquestionable character and integrity
  • Experience working with youth is a plus
