Assistant Store Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help maintain a clean, organized store with a customer-first focus.

The Assistant Store Manager assists with supervision of store employees, management and presentation of merchandise, completion of paperwork, and preparation of deposits. They also perform stocking and cashiering functions and other duties to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction while protecting company assets and reducing losses.

The Assistant Store Manager should have effective interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and good organization skills with attention to detail. They should have knowledge of cash, facility, and safety control policies and practices, and be able to drive a vehicle to the bank to deposit money. A high school diploma or equivalent is strongly preferred, along with one year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience. The role involves frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, and kneeling, as well as handling merchandise and equipment. Occasional climbing, lifting, and driving are also required.
