- Monday - Friday 8am - 4 : 30pm with 40-hour weekly guarantee
- Adult home health patient population
- Home health setting
- Independent work environment with minimal supervision
- Minimum 2 years home care experience required
- Clinical Fellow candidates accepted
- No call requirements
- Acute care experience preferred
