About The Position

Job Title : Computed Tomography Technologist

Profession : CT Technician

Specialty : Imaging Services

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Days

Hours per Shift : 12 hours, 7 a.m. - 7 : 30 p.m., Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Experience : Minimum years of experience required

License : Actively registered ARRT

Certifications : CT Credential R.T.(R)(CT)(ARRT)

Must-Have :

• Experience with special imaging techniques
• IV competencies
• Understanding of cross-sectional anatomy
• Prior CT experience
• Ability to perform AIDET customer service skills for all CT Imaging patients

Description :

Performs CT and related procedures to demonstrate cross-sectioned anatomy.

Exercises professional judgment in the performance of service.

May also perform duties of a diagnostic radiologic technologist as required.

Experience with competency in special imaging techniques and IV competencies is preferred.

Prior experience in CT is essential.

The ability and desire to provide excellent customer service for all CT Imaging patients is required.

Familiarity with Siemens Force scanner and GE HD 750 scanner is advantageous.
