Job Overview

This Network Support Analyst role offers a pay range of $30.00 / hr - $35.00 / hr, provided by Insight Global. Actual pay will be based on skills and experience.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support internal users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. They will also be responsible for purchasing, installing, and imaging computers and printers, as well as configuring switches and installing wireless access points.

Requirements

Must Haves :

Minimum of 4-7 years of experience
Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
Troubleshooting Microsoft, Dell, Cisco, and HP hardware
Windows 7 / 8 / 10 troubleshooting experience
Active Directory experience (password resets and adding / removing users and group policies)
Ticketing system experience
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Computer Science

Plusses :

SCCM – imaging and software deployment

Cisco CCNA or Microsoft MCSA / MCSE

A+ Cert

Work Schedule

Full-time, Contract position with an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday. 75% of the time will be spent supporting internal users, and 25% traveling to nearby sites.
