Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary advocate for patients, guiding them through the healthcare program from initial screening to post-discharge care
Provide comprehensive non-medical support and instruction regarding cost and quality implications of healthcare decisions
Collaborate with clinical teams and other departments to enhance patient experience and streamline procedures
Required Qualifications
2-5+ years of experience as a care navigator, care coordinator, or customer service representative
Experience working with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
Entrepreneurial mindset with a resourceful approach to problem-solving
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
