Project Analyst (Pipeline)

A Project Analyst will be responsible for interface with project teams, internal and external partners daily, professionally representing the customer, and operating independently and collaboratively with the managerial and support personnel.

Responsibilities include :

• Budget Management : Creating, customizing, preparing, and maintaining projects budget documents and such as proformas (pro forma financial statements), and Bills of Materials (BOMs), etc.
• Website and Documentation Management : Maintaining and updating project websites, graphical elements, scanned photos, internal applications, other automation tools and materials. Managing, digitizing, and automating project management documentation (i.e. project plans, high-level budget / proformas, procurement documentation, notes, due-outs, and close-out documents for consistency and compliance, etc.).
• Project Planning : Assisting in the creation, maintenance and automation of project plans, schedules, and timelines.
• Risk Management : Assist with identifying potential risks to the project's success and the strategies to mitigate them.
• Progress Tracking : Monitoring project progress against milestones and deliverables.
• Documentation and Reporting : Maintain, digitize, and automate project documentation, meeting minutes, action items, and decisions. Generating reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate project status and outcomes.
• Quality Assurance : Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with project requirements.
• Support for Project Teams : Providing support to project teams, including scheduling meetings, tasking / tracking action items, coordinating logistics. Assist in coordinating deliveries and ensuring adherence to inventory policies and procedures.
• Change Management : Assisting in managing changes to project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Stakeholder Communication : Facilitating communication between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Lessons Learned : Participating in project post-mortem reviews to capture lessons learned and best practices for future projects.

The position would be located at a government facility in Huntsville, AL and require work to be performed onsite. Any hybrid work schedule would require customer approval. The government has established policies for on-site vs hybrid work which varies across divisions and contracts. Where allowed, remote work must be coordinated with the team lead and / or government POC, ensuring there is zero interruption with the delivery of our services.
