Director Of Supply AI Products

Sodexo is seeking a Director of Supply AI Products. As the Director of Supply AI Products, you will lead the development and scaling of innovative AI solutions that transform Sodexo's supply operations and drive measurable impact on our P&L. You will define and execute a strategic product portfolio that addresses key business challenges, achieves product-market fit, and accelerates Sodexo's AI transformation. This role requires a visionary leader with deep product management expertise, strong business acumen, and a passion for delivering value through technology.

This is a remote role with the preferred candidate able to work Eastern Standard Time Zone hours.

What You'll Do

Define the Supply AI Product Strategy

  • Shape the AI product portfolio in collaboration with Supply COMEX and key stakeholders.
  • Identify high-value areas for AI optimization across global and regional teams.
  • Align with regional product factories to leverage existing assets and promote reusability.
  • Prioritize initiatives to maximize portfolio impact annually.

Drive Product Delivery and Adoption

  • Lead the development of best-in-class AI products that deliver tangible business outcomes.
  • Conduct user research to understand current processes and define product integration.
  • Apply agile methodologies to build intuitive, high-impact solutions.
  • Build or partner to deliver AI products that meet business expectations.
  • Assemble and manage cross-functional product squads with the right expertise.
  • Oversee product deployment, adoption, budget execution, and recharge processes.
  • Define and track success KPIs in close collaboration with business teams.
  • Resolve operational challenges to ensure scalability.
  • Foster collaboration across engineering, data, tech, and business teams.

    What You Bring

  • Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • 15+ years of experience, including leadership of product development teams.
  • Proven business acumen and outcome-driven mindset.
  • Expertise in product management methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of technical architectures and data / AI product challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and teaching skills, especially with technical teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Inspirational leadership and strategic thinking.
