HOW YOULL MAKE A DIFFERENCE :

The Director of Products and Programs leads the strategy set in place to achieve the People & Culture product vision, aligning user needs, data insights, and business goals. This leader is skillful in building and maintaining relationships to ensure alignment across COEs and stakeholders. Youll lead a dynamic team with a sharp focus on delivering best-in-class products and solutions that not only meet customer needs but exceed expectations. By empowering your team through strategic delegation and development, youll foster a culture of growth, agility, and customer obsession. Your ability to consult, collaborate, and connect across Centers of Excellence, IT, analytics, and business operations will be key to unlocking value, streamlining processes, and accelerating outcomes. Youll own and shape the product portfolio across domains, guiding initiatives from concept to execution using a modern product development lifecycle making a measurable impact every step of the way.

Accountabilities :

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Education : Bachelors degree required in applicable area

Certification / License :

Required Functional Experience : Typically requires 7 years in area of expertise

Required Management Experience : Requires 3 years of management level experience in people leadership
