Job Description :

Privately owned and operated general dentistry office is seeking a skilled and motivated Dentist (DDS / DMD) to join our team just 30 minutes outside of San Antonio, TX.

Dr. Brandon Pack, a UT Houston alum and proud Air Force veteran, has been serving the San Antonio metro community for over 20 years. He is now looking for a passionate and driven partner to join his thriving fee-for-service private practice. This opportunity includes mentorship, career growth, and the chance to truly make a difference.

What We Offer :

Frontier Family Dentistry is built on teamwork, positivity, and excellence in patient care. We're looking for a strong clinician who is ready to enhance their skills with state-of-the-art technology, including :

  • Intraoral Scanner
  • Intraoral Camera
  • Digital X-rays
  • Digital Panoramic Imaging

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Per diem available during ramp-up period
  • Percentage of collections (our team averages a 100% collection rate!)
  • Unlimited earning potential – associates earn over $180K / year working just 3 days a week
  • Annual CE allowance
  • Equity opportunity – potential for junior partnership without a buy-in Schedule :
  • 3 days / week : Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
  • 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
  • No nights or weekends
  • Opportunity to add additional days as desired

    • Qualifications :

  • DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
  • Active (or pending) Texas dental license in good standing
  • Ability to pass an extensive background check
  • Compliant with state-required insurance coverage
  • Prefer a minimum of 2 years of experience in General Dentistry
  • Advanced training in Implants, Endo, Ortho, or Oral Surgery is a plus
