Job Title : Assistant Machine Operator

Location : Walker, MI

Shift Hours : 3rd shift M-TH 7 : 30PM to 6 : 00AM and 1st shift 6 : 00AM-2 : 30PM Monday-Friday.

Pay Range : $22-$24 / hour +$1 shift differential. Quarterly Production Bonus & Monthly Attendance Bonus!

As a Machine Helper / Assistant you can expect to produce corrugated products for our customers in coherence with promoting the corporate vision, mission statement, and core values.

Day-to-Day Role :

  • Understand machine set-up, machine runs, plant data entry, handwork, or assembly assignments.
  • Have good hand-eye coordination.
  • Occasional lifting of 50 pounds and frequent lifting of 10-20 pounds.

Core Skills and Qualifications :

  • 1+ years of experience working in a corrugated box plant.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedural documents.
