Culinary Administration Coordinator

We are looking for a candidate with a passion for working with Culinary and Systems. This person will like repetition in daily tasks but also enjoy the fast-paced changes of an events-based world. The right candidate will have confidence in their responses and feel comfortable holding others accountable following our processes and procedures. This candidate will challenge how we currently do things and strive to find efficiencies within their day-to-day role.

Key Responsibilities

Recipe Entry in Food Service Suite

Communicates with Culinary Team for recipe items and portion accuracy

Communicates with purchasing manager for recipe ingredient usage accuracy in Food Service Suite

Maintains recipe accuracy and updates in Food Service Suite

Collaborates with Culinary Administration Team to ensure event accuracy in Event Master, Food Service Suite and Flightboard systems

Monitor and update events in Food Service Suite and Flightboard systems

Communicates with culinary daily with event updates in Food Service Suite and Flightboard

Creates events in Event Master

Billing & Invoice Management for Proof Bakery

Monitors and reports any operating issues with Event Master, Food Service Suite and Flightboard systems

Crossed trained in all culinary administration positions

Project Support for culinary team as needed

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

College course work, degree preferred

Culinary knowledge

Outstanding verbal and communication skills

Possess critical thinking skills

Detail Oriented

Excellent at multitasking

Works with a sense of urgency

Ability to work both individually and in a team setting

Feels comfortable asking questions and challenging information
