A-Line Staffing is now hiring HEDIS Team Leads in Remote (U.S. Based).

The HEDIS Team Lead would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

HEDIS Team Lead Compensation

The pay for this position is $50.75 per hour.

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.

A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.

HEDIS Team Lead Highlights

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.

The required availability for this position is Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM local time, January through May.

HEDIS Team Lead Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee daily operations of seasonal HEDIS staff
  • Support hiring, training, and coaching of temporary team members
  • Ensure timely progress and accuracy of assigned tasks
  • Collaborate with internal leadership to drive project success
  • Maintain strong communication across teams and leadership
  • Monitor schedules and time tracking
  • Provide ongoing feedback and ensure compliance training is completed

HEDIS Team Lead Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare or quality management
  • Strong knowledge of HEDIS, audit protocols, and performance measures
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

    • HEDIS Team Lead Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven success in deadline-driven, metrics-based environments
  • Excellent planning, communication, and mentoring skills
  • Ability to connect company-issued laptop via ethernet (WiFi not permitted)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
