Join us!\n\nWe are currently seeking a Wound Care Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our dedicated nursing team.\n\nQualifications / Responsibilities : \n

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse or License Practical Nurse in the state of employment.\n
• Must have as a minimum, two (2) years' experience as an RN or LPN\n
• Confer with the Director of Nursing Services and / or other licensed nursing personnel regarding dermatologic disorders of residents in the facility.\n
• Examine the resident and his / her records and charts.\n
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.\n
• Implement and maintain established policies and procedures relative to skincare treatment.\n
• Work with the Interdisciplinary Care Plan Team in developing a comprehensive assessment and care plan for assigned residents.\n
• Provide assessment and diagnostic services to residents.\n
