Director of Product

A company is looking for a Director of Product to lead product management and UX design teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the software platform, ensuring alignment with company goals

Lead and mentor a team of product managers and UX designers, fostering a culture of innovation

Oversee execution of roadmap initiatives, ensuring collaboration across engineering, operations, and sales

Required Qualifications :

8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in leadership roles

Proven experience in scaling product organizations in high-growth environments

Strong track record of owning strategic roadmaps for client-facing platforms and internal tools

Experience with user research, usability testing, and market analysis

Familiarity with integrations and workflow automation platforms is a plus
