Assistant Service Manager

Description

Our national multi-family management company seeks an experienced Assistant Service Manager with a "Whatever it Takes" attitude to be responsible for overseeing the physical property, general maintenance repairs, and apartment make-ready, preventative maintenance, and construction / rehabilitation projects for an apartment community. The ideal candidate must also be able to handle groundskeeping and pool duties as needed.

Job Summary : This position, along with the Service Manager, is responsible for overseeing the physical property, general maintenance repairs, and apartment make-ready, preventative maintenance, and construction / rehabilitation projects for an apartment community. Must be able to handle groundskeeping and pool duties as needed.

Reports to : Community Manager and Service Manager.
