Key Responsibilities
Drive and implement HR strategies in collaboration with business leaders
Lead change management initiatives and assess organizational effectiveness
Advise on performance management and collaborate on employee growth programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
8+ years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in a strategic HR Partner role
Experience in organizational development, change management, and talent management
Deep understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are highly desirable
