Your New Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing commercial base build projects ranging from $40M - $100M. You’ll manage all aspects of project delivery, including financial forecasting and budgeting, scheduling, general contractor coordination, and client communication. This is a leadership role that requires strategic thinking, technical expertise, and a passion for building excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle project management from preconstruction through closeout as an owners rep project manager.
• Track project schedules, project financials and procurement plans for the owner.
• Coordinate general contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the general contractor, architects, and consultants for the client.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development and company growth.
