Machine Maintenance Technician

Location :   Harrison, AR

Job Type : Full-Time Day Shift

Our client is looking for a skilled and reliable Machine Maintenance Technician to join their team and help keep production equipment running smoothly. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring minimal downtime, optimal performance, and safe operation of machines across our facility.

Machine Maintenance Hours & Pay

Mon  - Fri. 6am to 2 : 30pm

$19.00 / hr.

Machine Maintenance Responsibilities :

Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment (preventive and corrective).

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic issues.

Repair and replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

Maintain detailed records of maintenance work, parts used, and time spent.

Collaborate with production staff and supervisors to schedule downtime when needed.

Ensure all work complies with safety and company standards.

Requirements for Machine Maintenance Technician

Proven experience in machine maintenance, industrial mechanics, or a similar field.

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

Familiarity with mechanical systems, PLCs, and industrial automation a plus.

Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a safety-first mindset.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
