Pay Range

$300.00 / yr - $700.00 / yr

Responsibilities

  • Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
  • Conduct software analysis, unit testing, and system-level testing to debug and resolve technical issues and ensure code quality.
  • Work with stakeholders, project managers, and other developers to understand user requirements and align applications with business goals.
  • Integrate applications with third-party APIs and external systems to enhance functionality.
  • Implement and manage data storage solutions like relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate).
  • Participate in all stages of the SDLC, from analysis to deployment and maintenance, often within Agile / Scrum environments.
  • Optimize application performance, implement caching mechanisms, and ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Create and maintain detailed construction and user documentation.

Key Skills

  • Strong programming skills in Java and its core libraries.
  • Proficiency with Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
  • Experience with relational databases and ORM (Object-Relational Mapping) tools.
  • Understanding of RESTful API development.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
