Position Overview

We are actively seeking experienced lateral attorneys with established client relationships and a portable book of business to join our firm. This is an exceptional opportunity for attorneys who are looking to grow their practice within a supportive, collegial environment while maintaining autonomy over their client relationships.

What We're Looking For

We are particularly interested in candidates who practice in areas that complement and expand our current service offerings. We welcome attorneys from diverse practice areas who can bring new capabilities and clients to the firm.

• Minimum 5+ years of legal experience (or commensurate with practice area requirements)
• Demonstrated portable book of business with existing client relationships
• Strong track record of client development and retention
• Excellent reputation in their practice area and legal community
• Proven ability to manage matters independently while collaborating with colleagues
• Entrepreneurial mindset and business development skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
