Med / Surg Tele RN Job Details

Job Title : Registered Nurse – Med / Surg Telemetry (Travel Nursing)

Location : Camden, NJ 08103 (New Jersey healthcare jobs)

Assignment Type : Travel RN – On-Site

Contract Length : 13 weeks

Start Date : November 17, 2025

Shifts per Week : 3 (12-hour night shifts)

Total Hours per Week : 36

Estimated Weekly Pay : $1,990 - $2,130

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey or compact state

At least 1 year of recent Med / Surg Telemetry nursing experience

BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)

Strong clinical assessment, cardiac monitoring, and communication skills

Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare environment

Med / Surg Tele RN Responsibilities

Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to patients on the Med / Surg Telemetry unit

Monitor, interpret, and document cardiac rhythms and vital signs

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members

Accurately document patient care and progress in the electronic health record (EHR)

Educate patients and families on diagnoses, procedures, and discharge planning
