Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned and detail-oriented Inspection Supervisor to lead our quality inspection team within a dynamic aerospace manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of aerospace quality standards, demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement, and apply hands-on leadership to ensure product compliance with safety, reliability, and customer expectations.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily inspection activities to ensure timely and accurate quality checks.
• Maintain compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.
• Review inspection documentation for accuracy and traceability.
• Develop and maintain inspection plans and procedures, including FAIs and in-process inspections.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate inspection personnel.
• Facilitate internal and external audits, addressing findings and supporting improvement initiatives.
• Monitor inspection metrics and KPIs; report findings to senior management.
• Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts to minimize rework and scrap.

Pay Range : $85,898.00 - $107,372.00
