Supervisor Responsibilities

• Manage 7-10 direct reports, primarily engineers, handling day-to-day issues and PTO.
• Ensure projects are executed properly with well-thought-out designs and adherence to quality standards.
• Update and improve operational procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
