Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principlesDesign and adjust behavioral support programs to promote skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviorsCollaborate closely with families, clinicians, and other members of the treatment team to monitor progressProvide training, mentorship, and supervision to therapists and behavior techniciansMaintain documentation, progress reports, and communication with funding sources as requiredManage a caseload of clients while fulfilling supervisory and administrative dutiesQualifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential, or a Master’s degree with completed ABA courseworkStrong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportationExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage time effectively and adapt to client and team needsProficiency in English required; bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and may qualify for increased base payAdditional Details
