Base pay range $95,000.00 / yr - $125,000.00 / yr

Summary This role is new to the Company and will play a central role in the growth and future of VPE. The Marketing Manager is responsible for the development, planning, and execution of VPE’s marketing initiatives and goals. The primary focus is driving opportunities for revenue through successful marketing strategies and campaigns, working in concert with sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Create, develop, prioritize, and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company objectives and goals
Create and manage a marketing budget and allocate appropriate resources for all marketing campaigns. Build and maintain annual market plan
Use any and all tools to create and prioritize marketing campaigns
Work closely with sales team to analyze market trends and customer needs to adjust marketing plans accordingly
Collaborate with internal departments and external customers to execute marketing initiatives
Collaborate with website developers, gather and analyze website activity and generate ideas to create opportunities to increase website traffic
Develop relationships with key stakeholders in target industries. Represent the Company at events and conferences as necessary
Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, Engineering and Finance to ensure the team is aligned with marketing goals
Manage market communications during crises or reputational issues, and maintain VPE’s brand integrity
Other marketing tasks as assigned by CEO
Supervisory Responsibilities This is the first time the Company has initiated a marketing effort – you will help create the role from scratch and build the department as the marketing efforts commence.
Education and / or Experience Bachelors’ Degree (B.S.) in Marketing Communications and 5 or more years of related experience and / or training
Language Skills Ability to articulate effectively and precisely both verbally and in writing, and to create marketing material with a clear call to action
Computer Skills Proficient with office technology and software, including O365, project management and collaborative tools / apps
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Current Driver's License
Other Skills and Abilities 2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
Proven ability to create and develop successful marketing campaigns
Ability to drive results within the organization using leadership and creative thinking
Experience with AS9100 / ISO 9001 / ITAR is desirable but not required
Critical thinking and ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and with clients
Maintain professionalism under pressure and deadlines
