Position summary
Our client is currently seeking a full-time Superintendent to manage asset management operations on a comprehensive roadway maintenance project(s) in Memphis, TN . This position requires performing a wide range of responsibilities on new and existing asset maintenance and roadway services AM / O&M contracts related to planning work, scheduling / managing crews, roadway repair analysis, preparing project report submissions, interfacing with government Clients and adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. The successful candidate will bring demonstrated experience in driving revenue growth and managing financial performance, with a strong understanding of how operational decisions impact project profitability. While a technical background in this type of business is preferred, it is not required. Proven leadership in dynamic environments, meticulous organizational skills, and adaptive, analytical problem-solving abilities are essential. This role also requires the ability to build and lead effective teams, and to operate comfortably across diverse settings—from office environments to project sites and formal meetings. Candidates should be motivated to grow their careers, foster strong teams, and maintain focus amid rapidly changing environments.

Lead contract operations on roadway maintenance, repair, and construction operationsManage project office and field operationsCoordinate financial planning and project budget projections that will assist senior managersTracking / reporting maintenance contract performance relative to plan, contract, and company targetsWork with Regional / Project Managers to develop short-term and long-term project maintenance repair plans ePerform analysis to improve field prosecution, crew efficiency and maximize operational safetyPrepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for presentation to Client and Corporate operations centersRequired Experience

Full-time, usually 5 days a week with weekend and nighttime work possible. Must be flexible and available to respond to emergency related weather events and client emergencies.
