The Operations Specialist serves as content creator, case manager, and facilitator of programs and initiatives for the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team. This position coordinates the support of other key stakeholders to help fully enable and strengthen the operating model. This position requires strong writing, design and copy-editing skills to create and review training materials, presentation slides, observance guides, educational content for distribution across AdventHealth, and executive communications. Project management skills are needed to oversee the timely assignment, research and resolution of patient discrimination complaints. Organization, attention to detail, and ability to engage professionally with executives will facilitate successful event management, executive assistance, SharePoint content management, and other departmental responsibilities supported by this position. Training in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion principles and demonstrated commitment to building an inclusive workplace where all team members experience wholeness and belonging are fundamental components for success in this position.
