Position Highlights :

• Position : Registered Nurse - Hybrid : Virtual and Bedside
• Hourly Pay Range : $34.68 - $55.80. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Warrenville Corporate Center - 4201 Winfield Rd, Warrenville, IL 60555 (Virtual site)

A Brief Overview :

This role is responsible for patient management and care in the inpatient setting. As a member of the patient care team, the RN collaborates, communicates, and facilitates care with providers and patients or families. Advocates for patients and supports bedside staff, facilitates learning of RNs, aligns practice with safety and quality. Reflect the mission, vision, and values of the health care entity, adhere to the organization's code of ethics and corporate compliance program, and comply with all relevant policies, guidelines, procedures, and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. This position can be located at the Corporate Center and Elmhurst Hospital and / or Northwest Community Hospital as needed.

Provides professional nursing care in accordance with the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act, and hospital policies and procedures. Employs critical thinking skills, assesses patients' condition, recognizes changes, plans and evaluates care, monitors patients' progress, and records pertinent observations. Delegates appropriate patient care tasks to other staff. Functions as a team member to fulfill unit goals. If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date (effective September 1, 2021)
