Position Overview : As a General Manager, you will be in charge of providing an exceptional guest experience, be a mentor to the crew, and manage FOH and BOH operations. Ultimately, our General Managers are the absolute best communicators, go-getters, and self-starters out there.

General Manager Duties and Responsibilities :

• In charge of day to day operations and management of restaurant
• Create and maintain a culture where teammates have the opportunity to learn and grow
• Recruit, interview, and hire the right talent for PURALIMA, with a focus on finding and developing future leaders
• Recognize and reward excellent performance
• Quickly improve or remove low performers through coaching and documentation
• Motivate, inspire, and challenge team to consistently achieve and surpass company goals and standards
• Create an excellent guest experience through extreme attention to detail
• Connect and build relationships through the ability to resolve conflict in a prompt and professional manner
• Effectively communicate with restaurant team regarding changes to menu, policies, team member benefits, and more
• Control labor costs by writing and executing an effective schedule
• Understand how to build on restaurant sales through execution of company marketing tactics and promotional programs
• Live and represent the PURALIMA brand day in and out
