Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney

The client is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with at least 4 years of experience to join their team in Westchester County, New York. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation, including drafting motions, pleadings, and representing clients in court. This position offers a competitive base salary of $160K-180K, along with 100% paid medical insurance.

The Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney will work with a diverse client base, ranging from individuals to Fortune 100 companies, on all aspects of commercial litigation. The role will involve going to trial and providing excellent legal research and writing skills. The candidate must have a current NY Bar admission and a J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
