Summary : We are seeking an experienced Lead Plumber to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a journeyman or Master Plumber living in or near the Roaring Fork Valley who is ready to lead plumbing jobs, guide team members and ensure high-quality installations on both residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, coordinate, and participate in the installation, repair and maintenance of plumbing systems & related equipment.
- Assign daily work to crew and ensure high standards of quality & safety.
- Inspect work in progress and upon completion to ensure high standards of quality & safety.
- Evaluates and identifies the necessary parts and equipment
- Communicate with install supervisors to support with forecasting & material purchases
- Direct installation of assemblies & interpret specifications, blueprints and job orders.
Requirements
Commercial journeyman or Master PlumberProficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawingsStrong knowledge of plumbing code & OSHA regulationsProven leadership skills and ability to coordinate team activities effectivelyExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAttention to detail and precision in workStrong understanding of safety protocols and regulationsEffective communication and teamwork skillsClean driving record and ability to be insured on commercial insuranceSalary and Benefits :
Salary : $35-$55 per hour, depending on experience.Benefits : Paid vacation, holidays, full medical benefits, 401K with 3% employer contribution, job completion incentives, employee stock ownership, uniforms, company vehicle, and profit sharing.
