Marketing Specialist (Industrial Services) - Levelland, TX (On-Site)
Compensation : $58,000-$65,000 base + comprehensive benefits
About the Opportunity
Snelling is recruiting a Marketing Specialist for a confidential client in the industrial services space. In this role you'll operate at the intersection of Business Development and technical teams -working daily with Engineers, Project Managers, and Drafters -to turn complex project work into clear, client-ready messaging that drives revenue. If you like owning outcomes, building crisp presentations, and running social channels with measurable impact, this is the place to do it.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Business Development to plan, execute, and optimize demand-gen campaigns that build a quality pipeline.
- Own social media (editorial calendar, posting, engagement, performance tracking) and showcase projects, people, and capabilities.
- Create client-facing materials -presentations, one-pagers, case studies, emails, and landing pages-that simplify technical content.
- Lead communications for specialty projects : milestones, stakeholder updates, and internal / external announcements.
- Build executive-ready decks in PowerPoint for client introductions, bid / proposal meetings, and project briefings.
- Translate technical inputs (drawings / blueprints, specs, method statements) into accurate, market-ready content.
- Support estimating / bid efforts (major plus) : takeoffs, scope narratives, proposal packages, RFP / RFQ responses.
- Own analytics in Excel : report on traffic, leads, conversion rates, campaign ROI, and content performance.
- Protect the brand and ensure all materials meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.
What You'll Bring
2-5+ years in B2B marketing (industrial, construction, engineering, manufacturing, or energy preferred).Comfortable collaborating with Engineers / PMs / Drafters and communicating technical concepts clearly.Hands-on social media experience (LinkedIn plus at least one additional platform) and content calendar ownership.Proficiency with Excel (dashboards, pivot tables / lookups) and PowerPoint (storyboarding, design, presenter flow).Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling with an eye for detail and deadlines.Exposure to technical documents / blueprints preferred.Estimating exposure (proposals, takeoffs, bid packages) is a major plus .Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.Familiarity with CRM / marketing tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Canva / Adobe) helpful.Success Looks Like
