job_description.job_card.job_descriptionRecruit, train, schedule, supervise, and mentor restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and support personnel. Assist in the d esign and implementation of training programs to enhance staff performance and guest satisfaction. Supervise the Bar and Lounge areas, including staffing, inventory control, and quality of service. Assist in the d evelop ment of beverage menus, ensuring they align with current trends and guest preferences. Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, setting the standard for staff interactions with guests. Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, seeking solutions to ensure guest satisfaction. Labor / scheduling controls P&L operational controls Cost control inventory Must have 2+ years of hotel restaurant experience. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Knowledge of food and beverage trends, as well as industry best practices. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software.
