The District 13 District Attorney's Office is a state prosecuting agency serving Delaware and Ottawa Counties. We are dedicated to upholding justice and protecting the rights of the community. Our office is committed to advocating for victims, prosecuting criminals, and ensuring public safety.
Responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant District Attorney. The Assistant District Attorney will be responsible for a variety of tasks including conducting legal research, preparing and presenting cases in court, collaborating with law enforcement agencies, drafting legal documents on behalf of the District Attorney. The Assistant District Attorney will work closely with victims, witnesses, law enforcement officers, and other stakeholders to ensure a fair and just legal process.
Minimum Requirements
Experience is not required; we will consider newly licensed attorneys and those sitting for the July bar exams.
