Team Overview

We're seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with deep experience in consumer electronics or high-volume electromechanical products. You’ll be responsible for designing enclosures and assemblies that integrate RF components, sensors, and PCBs, while collaborating across engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing to ensure quality, scalability, and cost efficiency. This is a hands‑on role with strong growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and iterate mechanical enclosures and assemblies for rugged outdoor environments
• Develop high-volume, DFM-ready designs using plastic injection molding and related processes
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (EE, FW, supply chain) to integrate electronics into mechanical systems
• Own end‑to‑end development of mechanical components — from concept through mass production
• Work closely with vendors and CM partners to support tooling, validation, and ramp
• Contribute to SOP development and engineering best practices for scalable manufacturing
• Provide technical mentorship and help grow the mechanical engineering function
