Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Mid-Market sellers, developing customized sales strategies for the LATAM Markets
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share in the Mid-Market segment

Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Sales and 3+ years of management experience
Strong track record of success in sales
Experience in consultative selling and value-driven sales cycles
Comfortable building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders
Motivated to coach and mentor sales professionals
