Construction Assistant Project Manager

The client is a well-established real estate development and construction management firm with a strong portfolio of commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects across New York City, known for delivering complex urban developments with precision and innovation.

Job Description

Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and documentation. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders. Monitor site progress, perform quality checks, and ensure safety compliance. Prepare reports, track deliverables, and support procurement and subcontractor management.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Assistant Project Manager has 2-5 years of experience in construction or project management, a degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a team-oriented environment.
